I help referee basketball games on Saturdays. This past Saturday I saw one little boy score his first basket in the two years that he has been playing, but he unknowingly scored it on the wrong basket. The fact that no one pointed out his mistake to him so he could enjoy his accomplishment, and seeing the look of pure joy on his face, GMH.
Winter Break 2.0
So due to this immense amount of snow I have gotten since last Friday (5th), my county closed schools until this Friday(12th). A lot of people think it’s AWESOME, and some people hate it. It’s a little bit of both I guess. I’m pretty much snowed in. I haven’t left my house, at all since last Thursday. But, then again, it is a lot of fun. I’ve just been on the computer...

I recently cut my hair and donated it to locks of love. As I approached the counter to pay for the haircut, the receptionist informed me that the gentleman who was getting his hair cut a few seats down from me had paid for my haircut. He thought it was a wonderful thing that I was doing and that I shouldn’t have to pay to help someone else. GMH.
